Comprehensive support that spans 30-45 days after closing. Includes HOA transfer coordination, Power of Attorney (POA) setup, insurance initiation & setup, mortgage portal setup & information update.

Private Money Lending - $1,000+
Transaction coordination tailored for deals with private money lenders, safeguarding interests while ensuring a smooth process and the integrity of the deal.
Service to coordinate with a third-party provider to automate payments. Ensures timely payments to the mortgage company and others like third-party Lenders, Owners, Sellers, etc.

Setting up insurance is part of post-close servicing. We offer this service separately for investors who do not have time to do this themselves.

When closing is less than 3 weeks (21 days) away, including weekends & holidays, our Rush Fee service ensures your transaction receives top priority & is handled with the utmost efficiency.
A memorandum filing protects your property agreement, ensuring transparency and guarding against disputes. Enhance your transaction security with this essential layer of protection.
Service Initiation Notice: To initiate our comprehensive transaction management services, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your spot & covers the initial setup & coordination efforts. The remaining balance will be due upon the successful closing of your transaction. Should the transaction not proceed to completion for any reason, you will not be charged the remaining balance. In the rare event that unexpected tasks or complexities arise during the transaction process, additional charges may apply. These additional fees are directly related to the operational costs incurred & will be due immediately. We are committed to transparency & will always notify you in advance of any potential additional charges, ensuring you are fully informed throughout the process.
Submission & Approval: Please note that submitting your deal does not guarantee acceptance for processing. Our team will carefully review your request & upon approval, we will provide you with a service agreement & an invoice for the initial 50% deposit. Orders submitted by 2:00 pm ET each weekday receive same-day processing. All other submissions are processed within one (1) business day of receipt.
